The service
Hello Pony is a free website for big screens and car browsers. On the public home page you can search YouTube, sign in with your own YouTube account to see your subscriptions, playlists and liked videos, send YouTube links from your phone to a screen, and play browser games. A private area is available to invited users only.
YouTube
Hello Pony uses the YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of Hello Pony you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Videos play in the official embedded YouTube player.
Accounts and access
- Signing in to YouTube is optional and read-only: Hello Pony cannot change anything in your Google account.
- You can sign out on the site or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Accounts for the private area are given by invitation; keep your password to yourself. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hello Pony to break the law, to overload, probe or attack the service, to access content you have no right to watch, or to send other people's screens content they did not ask for.
Safety while driving
Do not watch video or play games while driving. Use Hello Pony only when the vehicle is parked, or as a passenger. Follow the law and your vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
Content and trademarks
Videos belong to their owners and are provided by YouTube. Games are open-source titles distributed under their own licences, which are kept with them. Hello Pony is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any vehicle manufacturer. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc.
No warranty
Hello Pony is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or stop working at any time, for example when YouTube's daily limits are reached.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hello Pony and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
